Harvard and Standish project featured in Dorchester Report by TLee Development

The Dorchester Reporter profiled our project at Harvard & Standish following our official designation by the City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development in December 2021. The project will convert two vacant lots into 22 moderate-income residential condominiums and 3000 sf of ground-floor retail space. Learn more about the project here.

1463 Dot Ave is first in Boston to use community crowdfunding tool by TLee Development

In June 2022, the Dorchester Reporter highlighted our community crowdfunding campaign for our project at 1463 Dorchester Avenue. TLee Development is the first developer in Boston to take advantage of this financing mechanism, which aims to distribute ownership of affordable real estate across current Dorchester residents. As previously covered in the Reporter, 1463 Dot Ave is a transit-oriented development that will provide 29 income-restricted studios and 1-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail space, in the heart of Fields Corner.
