Travis Lee, Founder and Owner

Travis Lee is founder and owner of TLee Development LLC. Travis is a Dorchester resident, entrepreneur, and real estate developer with 20 years of multifamily housing and small business development experience in Roxbury, Dorchester and New York City. He is also a co-founder of the Fields Corner Business Lab (2014) and Dorchester Brewing Company (2016).  

Milton Bramble, Development Consultant/Sr. Project Manager/Asset Manager

Milton Bramble, Founder/Owner of Bramble Developments Inc., is a lifelong Dorchester resident and life-long learner of urban development. Milton got his start in real estate as a union painter for Painters and Allied Trades DC 35, where he was exposed to the home renovation industry. Throughout his career, Milton has leveraged his deep community knowledge and network to enhance housing development projects that create the most value for his community. Milton oversees DotConstrux (DCX), a pre-apprenticeship workforce training program aiming to create opportunities for BIPOC families to build generational wealth through the building trades. Milton also oversees all property management duties portfolio-wide.

Ajani Alfred-McFall, Facilities Coordinator

Ajani Alfred-McFall has been a lifelong Dorchester resident. As Facilities Coordinator, Ajani promotes a high quality of life for residents living in TLee Development properties. Ajani made his mark in the community working at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, where he helped manage community engagement events.
